Apply base or gel. Cure under the lamp for 120 seconds.
Apply the colored base layer you want as the background for the powder (nude, black, or any other shade).
Cure under the lamp for 90 seconds.
Apply a top coat without a sticky layer. Cure for 60 seconds. Then, wipe the nail and rub the powder directly onto the layer.
If rubbing the powder before the top coat has completely cooled, apply immediately with an applicator or your finger. Remove excess powder with a soft brush. Cure for 30 seconds.
