Cashback Terms of Use

The cashback benefit is available exclusively to registered users of the online store.

The user becomes eligible for cashback in the amount of 5% of the total order value when the value of an individual purchase exceeds €30.

After a successfully completed purchase, the user will receive a unique cashback redemption code via the email address used for registration.

The timing of receiving the code depends on the payment method:

• for payments made by credit card (Stripe), PayPal, Leanpay, or bank transfer (TRR), the user receives the code immediately after the payment is successfully completed,
• for cash on delivery payments, the user receives the code only after the package has been collected, as the payment is considered completed at that point.

Cashback is not applied as an immediate discount on the current purchase, but can only be used for a future purchase.

The cashback redemption code is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, it can no longer be used.

Cashback:

• is non-transferable,
• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• cannot be combined with other promotional codes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the cashback program at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a cancellation or return of an order for which cashback was granted, the user loses the right to use that cashback.

If the cashback has already been used on a subsequent purchase, the provider reserves the right to:

• cancel that order, or
• require the purchase to be completed again without the use of the cashback code.
