Bellu Cashback – Terms of Use

Cashback Terms and Conditions

The cashback benefit is available exclusively to registered users of the online store.

Users are entitled to cashback amounting to 5% of the total order value when the value of an individual purchase exceeds €30.

After successfully completing a purchase, the user receives cashback credit, which is displayed under the CASHBACK tab on the right-hand side of the screen.

The time at which cashback is credited depends on the payment method:

  • For payments made by credit card (Stripe), PayPal, Leanpay, or bank transfer, the user receives the cashback code immediately after the payment has been successfully completed.
  • For cash-on-delivery payments, the user receives the cashback code only after collecting the parcel, as this is when the payment is deemed to have been completed.

Cashback is not applied as an immediate discount to the current purchase. It may only be redeemed on the user’s next purchase.

Cashback is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Once this period has expired, it can no longer be redeemed.

Cashback:

  • is non-transferable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless expressly stated otherwise.

The provider reserves the right to amend or discontinue the cashback programme without prior notice.

If an order for which cashback was awarded is cancelled or returned, the user loses the right to redeem that cashback.

If the cashback has already been redeemed on a subsequent purchase, the provider reserves the right to:

  • cancel that order; or
  • require the purchase to be made again without using the cashback.
