Shipping policy

Delivery is carried out by a contracted partner. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

We provide delivery throughout the European Union and the Balkan countries. If delivery to the selected country is not available at checkout, please contact us in advance at info@bellu.eu.

Returns are only possible with prior notice and agreement with us. If the customer received the shipment from our contracted partner or from another logistics centre and wishes to return the goods, the goods must, following prior agreement with us, be sent to the address provided by us. Depending on the circumstances of the return, we will determine whether the goods are to be returned to the address of our logistics partner or logistics centre, or to our own address.

When returning goods, the customer must follow the return instructions and return address previously provided by us. We do not accept shipments sent to another address without prior agreement, nor do we accept cash-on-delivery returns.
