CODYSON – Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner – CD-4830

The Codyson CD4830 ultrasonic cleaner is a powerful professional device for cleaning instruments in beauty salons, nail salons, hair salons and other professional environments. Advanced ultrasonic technology creates millions of microscopic bubbles that effectively remove dirt, grease and cosmetic product residue.

The large 6-liter container allows you to clean multiple instruments at once, saving time and increasing salon efficiency. The digital control allows for easy setting of the operating time, and the built-in heater improves the efficiency of ultrasonic cleaning.

The CD4830 model also has a practical drain for quick emptying of the container, making it easier to use every day. The device is suitable for cleaning cosmetic instruments, nail files, metal utensils, tweezers, scissors, jewelry, glasses and other small items.


Instructions for use

1. Open the lid, place the items in the basket and then insert it into the cleaning tank. Add water to the level between MIN and MAX and above the area you want to clean.
2. If you turn on the device without water, the ultrasonic energy will not be absorbed. This model has high power - if it is turned on for more than 15 seconds without water, it may be damaged or its lifespan will be significantly shortened.
3. Plug the power cord into the outlet and turn on the switch. The LED display shows the status.
4. To adjust the time, press the button.Timeand then the ▲ or ▼ buttons. The time can be set between 1 and 30 minutes.
   Most common cleaning times: 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
   Cleaning too long can cause:
   a) loosening of screws,
   b) enlargement of existing cracks,
   c) peeling of already damaged coatings.
5. Press the button to start cleaning.On/Off.
6. During cleaning, a buzzing sound is heard, indicating that the process is in progress. Closing the lid reduces the noise.
   The digital timer counts down. When the display shows “0”, cleaning is complete.
7. Stop cleaning at any time by pressingOn/Off.
   The device is equipped with overheating protection. If the red light comes on, the device will not turn on. After about 20 minutes of inactivity, when the green light comes on, you can restart it.
8. Choose one of the four recommended cleaning methods:
   
   a) If you need heating, press the buttonTEMPand select one of the 5 preset temperatures. Then press the buttonHeater– the light flashes, indicating that the heater is on. When the water reaches the set temperature, the light goes out. For safety reasons, the heater automatically turns off after 45 minutes. The LED lights show the percentage of the temperature reached.
   
   b) If you add solution, use the function for faster mixing and less consumption.degas. PressTIMEand set the time to 10 minutes, then pressFunction. The light comes on. By pressingOn/OffThe degassing process begins, which automatically switches to normal cleaning after 2 minutes.
   
   c) When there are no more visible particles or “smoke” in the water, cleaning is complete. If additional cleaning is required, reset the timer and repeat the process.
9. When cleaning is complete:
   
   Turn off the device and open the lid.
   Take the basket of items.
   Connect the hose to the drain pipe and open the valve to drain the dirty water.
   Clean the tank and wipe it dry. Then close the valve.

Note: If electromagnetic interference occurs, the device may stop working or lose control. In this case, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to restore operation.
