Welcome to Bellu Beauty salon. To ensure a pleasant experience and high-quality service for all our clients, we have prepared the following general terms and conditions. Please read and observe them before booking an appointment.
You can book appointments in person, by phone, via social media, or through our online booking system.
Upon booking, you will be informed of all details regarding the service, estimated duration, and price.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 36 hours before the agreed appointment by calling 051 292 006.
In case of cancellation of an appointment less than 36 hours before the agreed appointment, Bellu Beauty reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booked service.
In the event that a client does not attend a booked appointment and does not notify the salon of their absence in advance, Bellu Beauty reserves the right to charge the full value of the booked service.
In case of a charge due to late cancellation of an appointment or no-show without prior notice, the client is obliged to settle the issued invoice within 24 hours.
Until all overdue obligations are settled, Bellu Beauty reserves the right to prevent the client from booking new appointments and using services.
If the client has future appointments already booked at the time the invoice for late cancellation or no-show is issued, Bellu Beauty reserves the right to cancel these appointments if the invoice is not settled within 36 hours of its issue.
After settling all open obligations, the client can once again use services and book new appointments in accordance with appointment availability.
Payment for services is made at the beauty salon/online.
Any remaining balance or additional charges are settled after the service is performed at the salon.
Available payment methods are in accordance with the salon's current offer.
Clients are requested to arrive for their appointment on time.
In case of a delay longer than 10 minutes, Bellu Beauty reserves the right to shorten the service or cancel the appointment if, due to the delay, the service can no longer be performed within the scheduled time.
In case of appointment cancellation due to a significant delay, the service will be charged according to the current price list.
At Bellu Beauty, we adhere to high hygiene standards and ensure the safety of our clients.
All tools and equipment are appropriately disinfected and sterilized in accordance with regulations and professional guidelines.
Clients are requested to inform the practitioner of any health issues, allergies, or other circumstances that could affect the performance of the service before it begins.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us as soon as possible.

Every complaint will be handled individually, and we will strive for an appropriate resolution.
Bellu Beauty reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.
All changes will be published on the company's official communication channels and will become effective on the date of publication.
